Your enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, optional business name, selected service and message are sent to Formspree, stored in its dashboard and used to notify me by email. You can also email me directly.
If you email me, I use your name, email address, business details and message to reply, arrange a call or discuss work. Please leave out passwords and sensitive customer information.
The basis for handling enquiries is taking steps towards a contract when you request them, or my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. There is no automated decision-making or mailing-list signup.
Where information goes
Formspree processes form submissions and spam protection; email is handled through Google Workspace. See the Formspree privacy policy. Formspree may process information in the United States and other countries. The form library loads from unpkg, which receives technical request information. This site is hosted on ChatGPT Sites; its providers may process technical details such as IP addresses for hosting and security. Platform processing is covered by the OpenAI privacy policy.
I keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If we work together, relevant records may be retained for our agreement and applicable legal requirements. This notice will be updated if other integrations are added.
Cookies
The site’s own code uses no cookies or browser storage. No analytics, advertising trackers or booking widgets are installed. The hosting platform and Formspree’s submission or spam checks may use cookies for their services.
Your choices
You can ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restricted use or a portable copy, where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact me using the email above, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
